Parties/Events
Non-Private events/parties start at 1 hour
- Does not have organized games, contests, relays, or activities.
- It is an open arena/battlefield with other outside guests participating at the same time.
- It is a free-for-all type play (unless you organize it and conduct the game).
- 10 are included in your package. You may pay for extra players, however your seating is limited to 15 players/guests.
- Party/Event space is NOT private and is in an open area.
- Some add on's are not available in the non-private arena.
- No wall space to hang any birthday banners and such.
- Lockers available for rent.
Private events/parties start at 1.5 hours.
- Private events/parties will always have a better value and more enjoyable.
- Has a host conducting structured games, contests, relays, activities, and team events.
- Private Battle Arena. No outside payers are permitted in your private battlefield. Only your guests.
- Up to 60+ players can be added to your event. 10 are included in your package.
- Private Party/Event area. Main area will comfortably seat 35 people with an added room if needed to seat an addtional 20+
- Special Add On's are available when booking such as UNLIMITED GELLYBALLS!!, Fog (Haze), Blacklights, Custom Music, and more!
- Wall Space to hang banners and other decorations.
- Plenty of tables for food and presents.
- Bring your own food, drinks, etc.
- Lockers available.
The total event/party time is not the game time. It is the total time from entering the party area to cleanup and leaving the party area for the next guest.
The amount of game time is up to the booking party. If you use up 30 minutes waiting on people to arrive or spend 1 hour doing cake, food, and presents, that will take away from your total time. If you want to come in with all your guests at the start of your event/party, you can play from end of rules briefing until its time to end and go home, that is up to you.
There are options when booking your event/party to ADD more time BEFORE in order to decorate or do an early setup and/or AFTER to add more play/party time. Booking extra time in the beginning to setup will not increase party time. It only adds time for you to get in early to setup or decorate prior to guests arriving.
We open the doors at the start of your event/party usually 2 to 3 minutes prior and we close up at the end of your party on time.
We book parties before and after your event, so if you need time to decorate or setup, please add that time when booking your event.
If you have food, drinks, ice, etc that needs to be brought in early, be sure to book the EARLY arrival time selection when booking your event.
