How does Paintball, GellyBall, AirSoft, Laser Tag, Arrow Tag, and Nerf Parties work at Ultimate Bunker Games?
- IN TWO SIMPLE STEPS -
STEP ONE:
Do an Online Reservation - ABOVE Super easy to do on your desktop, tablet or phone
STEP TWO: Arrive at your Reserved Time Make a reservation online and arrive at that time Think of it like a restaurant reservation. If you booked at 7, you arrive at 7. You won’t be eating your steak at that time, but that is when you will get seated, get water, etc… same here! People always ask, “Do we need to arrive early?” No. You can if you wish, but it is not necessary. In many circumstances, there was a party prior or after yours. We need time to clean and sanitize everything before then next party arrives. If you want to book extra time before or after, please make those selections when booking the party. We will contact you if we cannot meet your request. Most of the time, we allow groups to enter and setup about 15 minutes before your party begins (But we cannot promise this). NEED EXTRA TIME TO DECORATE OR MORE PLAY TIME? You will need to add the 15 minutes prior for decorating or the added 30 minutes to end for more game time. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE FOR THE AMOUNT OF ACTUAL PLAY-TIME YOU WILL HAVE. This is based on your parties late arrivals, how long you extend your "cake-break" and staff having to stop the games to repeat rules to player violations. The average 1.5 hour party will have about 30 minutes of field time. In cases where the entire party is present at the start of the party can increase the field time up to a total of an hour. We have reserved a table for you! Have a larger group? No problem. We'll reserve a few for you. Some people just come play Paintball, AirSoft, GellyBall, Laser Tag, Arrog Tag, or nerf – others want to cover the tables, bring decorations, etc. That’s great – but please do not use silly string or confetti. Keep in mind there isn’t a lot of wall space by the tables, so don’t bring to many wall decorations. The cake and food tables are standard six foot long and the guest tables are three foot square tables. We can also provide basic white paper plates, forks and napkins for an additional cost. If you want to add a splash of color like the picture on the left, feel free to bring in anything you want to dress up the table to fit the theme of your party. Bring any food or drink you want. Our location has a pizza place that delivers. We have soda and snacks for sale, etc, but you are welcome to bring in a cooler (no alcohol) and any food you want. We suggest you wait until after you arrive to order food in, use the pizza or food as a break in the middle of the party, instead of showing up and trying to get these kids to sit down and eat! Let them blow off some steam first! We have a 30 minute "Cake Break" in the middle for food, cake, snacks, drinks, and presents. This 30 minutes is always taken in the middle, even if you do not serve food. We take this time to rest and re-energize. We also have to recharge our blasters and prepare for the last portion of our event. Can we bring spectators? Sure, but remember, they are spectators and not players. We have a limited amount of equipment and supplies for players by the number that was booked for the party. You may add additional players over 10 for an additional cost. Please let us know BEFORE your party begins. Additional equipment may not be available on the day of your party, so be sure to add on players as soon as possible. |
OUR POLICY TERMS Due to our high demand, we have certain Policy and Cancellation terms. Once a booking is created, the equipment for your reservation is reserved. This means no one else can reserve or book that equipment. We also schedule our team based on the number of participants that are reserved. See detail below.
We know that circumstances and situations happen. Because of that, we allow the rescheduling of your event at no charge if at least 24 hours notice is given.
Please let us know as soon as possible when you feel or believe something may interfere in your plans for the day/time of your event.
Always keep in mind as we are usually booked out 2 to 3 months in advance and rescheduling an event near your original date may not be possible. If you can not find a date or time to rebook, there is no credit or refund. However, if you gave at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, we will not let your "booking" expire.
If you are more than 30 minutes late with no contact by customer, we will consider you cancelled the event and have forfeit all deposits and payments.
As with any cancellation policy, there may be circumstances that may not allow you to give the notice required. We will do our best to maintain the integrity of our company and employees.
In any situation there are expenses on the company from the moment the event is booked. The spot you cancel could have been booked by another and that loss of income now occurs. The closer to the date, the more costs are involved. We have employees that need paid, rental charges, product, and equipment costs. Some product must be disposed of if not used, and the degradation of expensive batteries from unused charges.
Please understand we appreciate all our customers and we also understand it can be upsetting when things happen that are out of yours or our control. We do a great job and we will always try to put our customers first. Without a cancellation policy, we would not gain the trust of our customers, staff, employees, or representatives. No credit toward rebooking if 24 hours notice is not received.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING with VERBAL notice - You may email, text, or call us. Cancelling online without notifying us DOES NOT cancel your event. We will send you a confirmation that we spoke and cancelled or rescheduled your event.
- No discounts or promotions can be combined with already discounted packages.
- All reservations must be paid at time of booking.
- All reservation cancellations are non refundable, but there is no fee or penalty to move your reservation to a different date with at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled date.
- If a party does not show the day of the reservation, the payment will be forfeited and used to cover the loss of revenue of not being able to rent out the equipment to other guests.
- WHAT IF LESS PLAYERS SHOW UP THAN I PAID FOR? We staff our groups and book our parties based on the number of players that are paid for at the time of reservation. Due to holding equipment and staffing your group based on this number, we do not issue a credit or refund for players that are paid for but do not show up.
- CAN PLAYERS IN MY PAINTBALL PRIVATE GROUP BRING THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT IF THEY HAVE IT? Yes. But, be aware in our experience players bringing their own equipment for a private group tends to cause several issues ranging from an unfair advantage, equipment malfunctions that delay gameplay, and higher paint consumption for the player(s) using their own gear.
- WHAT IF THE TIME OR DATE THAT I WANT TO SCHEDULE IS NOT AVAILABLE? All groups are scheduled on a first come first served basis. We will do everything we can to fit your group in a time slot that works best for you but the sooner you book the more options you will have. Saturdays tend to book up fast.
- HOW SOON DO I NEED TO BOOK MY GROUP? The sooner the better but we ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice so that we can be sure to have staff ready.
- WHAT DAYS ARE AVAILABLE TO BOOK A GROUP? We can schedule groups any day of the week at any time. If you schedule during the weekend there will be other players playing but your games will run separately with just the players in your group on the field. Weekday groups have the best chance of having the entire facility alone unless another private group is booked that day.
- WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE? Payments are due in full at the time of booking for the number of players that you plan on having in your group. Payments are non-refundable, but you can transfer to a different date with 24-hour minimum notice. If you have extra players on the day of the group you can pay for them that day, but the equipment is guaranteed only for players that have been paid for at the time of reservation. Any players you pay for are non-refundable if they do not show up.
- WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE? You are welcome to reschedule without penalty if you call at least 24 hours in advance to let us know you want to move your group to a different date. No shows on the day of the event will lose their payment. Payments for cancellations are non-refundable.
- WHAT IF IT RAINS? We play rain or shine. If weather is forecasted to be bad, you are welcome to contact us with a 24 hour notice to reschedule your group for a different day with no penalty.
- WHEN DO I NEED TO SHOW UP FOR MY GROUP? We ask that groups check in 1 to 5 minutes before their scheduled start time so that we can ensure waivers are signed.
- DO ALL PLAYERS NEED A WAIVER? Yes, all players must sign an online waiver before participating in any activity. We have them available to fill out on our website and on site. For players under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign the waiver also.
- CAN I PURCHASE MORE PAINTBALLS, BB’S, OR AMMO FOR MY GROUP? Yes, you can purchase additional ammo for your group if you run out of the ones supplied with the group package. This is not a requirement though.
- WHAT RENTAL GEAR IS INCLUDED WITH A PAINTBALL PACKAGE FOR EACH PLAYER? We include a semi-automatic paintball gun, air tank, unlimited air fills, hopper, barrel cover, and a full face mask.
- WHAT RENTAL GEAR IS INCLUDED WITH AN AIRSOFT PACKAGE FOR EACH PLAYER? We include a high-quality airsoft rifle, high cap magazine, full face protection, and a barrel cover.
- WHAT DOES THE PARTY AREA INCLUDE? The party includes a minimum of 2 picnic tables and a serving table for your group to have a party and keep your belongings during play.
- CAN MY GROUP KEEP PLAYING AFTER MY PRIVATE PLAYING TIME IS OVER? For Paintball packages you are welcome to switch over and play with other “walk on” players once your private playing time is up as long as we do not need the rental equipment for another group that is scheduled after yours.
- DOES OUR GROUP GET TO PICK ITS OWN TEAMS? Yes, you can make up teams however you wish and swap players to different teams each game if you want to do so.
- WHAT GAMES WILL WE BE PLAYING? You can play any style game that you want to play or we can assist with offering different game formats such as capture the flag, elimination, attack and defend, etc.
- CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS? Yes, your group can bring any food or drinks that you wish to have or you can bring a grill and cook some burgers and dogs.
- DOES ULTIMATE BUNKER GAMES SELL FOOD? Yes, we have snacks available in the retail store consisting of water, soft drinks, energy drinks, sports drinks, candy bars, chips, etc. We do not offer any hot foods.
- CAN I GET A DISCOUNT IF PLAYERS BRING THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT? Sorry, but the rates will not be reduced if players bring their own gear. Many times we see players have problems with their gear and they end up needing ours before the day is out so it is easiest to have the price include everything if it is needed.
- CAN PARENTS OR VISITORS WATCH GAMES? Yes, however they will need to have or rent full paintball safety mask/goggles. There is no charge for spectators to watch games.
- WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR? Baggy layered clothing that is comfortable to run and work out in is the best. Loose fitting pants and shirts tend to absorb the impact of the ball which lessens the sting of getting shot. Most players wear old jeans, sweat pants, or BDUs for their bottoms and long sleeve t-shirts, jackets, or hoodies are great for the upper body. For shoes, old tennis shoes, boots, or cleats work fine, and many players like to wear a beanie or hat for head protection. We also recommend gloves to protect your hands.
