What is the difference between PRIVATE EVENTS & NON-PRIVATE EVENTS?
Here’s a clear explanation of the difference between “Private” and “Non-Private” party events at Ultimate Bunker Games:
At Non-Private events, your group shares the playing arena with other guests who are also booked for walk-in or party play. The area isn’t reserved exclusively for your group, so while you’ll have your own designated tables and chairs, games are played alongside others in the space, and structured games or contests aren’t provided by staff. This option typically starts at a lower price and includes a base number of participants, but you don’t get the full venue to yourselves and add-ons like custom decorations may be limited.
In contrast, Private events give you exclusive use of a designated arena or party space just for your group — no outside players are permitted on your battlefield. A host leads structured activities such as team games, relays, and contests, and your party can include more guests, have dedicated seating and wall space for banners, and access special add-ons (like unlimited GellyBalls, fog/haze effects, or custom music). This option offers a more controlled, festive, and customized experience that’s ideal for birthdays or celebrations. Private Events are the very best of the best. There is more value and the experience is unbelievable. Customers that have participated in both the Private and Non-Private events will tell you that Private Events are the way to go.
What is included in private events and non-private events?
Non-Private events include:
* 1 hour from in the door to out (Doors open at your party time)
Additional "Event" Time may be purchased if needed
* 2 - six-foot rectangle tables to sit
* 3 - three-foot round high-top tables
* 15 - Chairs to go around the six-foot tables
* Approx. 200 sq ft - Non-Private Space for you and your guests
* All equipment (depending on activity) needed for up to 10 participants (Blasters, Replicas, Bows, Vests, etc)
Additional Player Packs may be purchased if needed.
* Ammo (depending on activity) to get started for up to 10 participants (3 Arrows, 25 Darts, 300 BB's, 750 GellyBalls, etc)
Additional Ammo may be purchased if needed.
* Limited Add-Ons for non-private events
There is no place to hang decorations. However, you may provide decorative table cloths.
No additional tables or chairs can be added.
Bring your own food, drinks, cake, snacks, plates, and utensils

Additional "Early Arrival" Time, Additional "Event" Time may be purchased if needed
